About Therapy

My work is based on a desire to help people who feel “stuck” in negative thinking patterns, painful relationships, and repetitive behaviors that lead to feelings of shame, frustration and emptiness. Using empathy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I work with individuals and couples to transform difficult relationships, create effective interpersonal boundaries, and heal sex and intimacy issues.

I focus on changing unproductive thought and behavior patterns and provide practical solutions that empower men and women to lead more emotionally satisfying lives. My approach is holistic, engaging, and directive. My familiarity with the process of addiction and recovery leads to a multidimensional focus on emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
